Our head office is situated at this processing facility, 30 minutes from Cape Town. Here raw material is sorted, pasteurised, graded, packed and inspected for sale.  We provide in-house custom blending and product development  facility to suit the specific customer requirements. Strict care and hygiene is maintained throughout processing to ensure a product that conforms to internationally recognized quality standards. Our production capacity is continuously growing  with our increased requirements and throughputs.

We have a strong association with Graafwater Teeverwerkers where our Rooibos tea courts and stores are situated. At this primary processing facility green  Rooibos tea material is cut, fermented and dried. The primary processing takes place during  the harvesting season, which is the  first quarter of the year. After the tea has been dried,  it is stored  and  processed during the year as required.

Our premium supply of Rooibos tea is from the VanRhynsdorp tea courts, situated in the heart of one of the best tea producing regions,  offering  a  superior cup of tea.
